Enhances security posture by leveraging people, processes, and technology to ensure security system availability
Writes and approves change control installation plans
Leads the transformation of customer needs into security solutions that deliver business value while improving security
Leads installation of security systems
Guides team members on changes
Leads suppliers and team members in reviewing system performance
Recommends, documents, and implements improvements
Engages suppliers to drive security solutions for the business
Leads in security system design
Assesses potential security system issues and identifying solutions
Conducts security audits as necessary
Manages multiple initiatives by delivering and delegating as appropriate
Ensures the completion of assigned tasks
Collaborates within a matrix environment
Completes and reviews documentation in accordance with established guidelines
Shares knowledge and driving best practices with team members
Participates in and leads meetings

Leads the development and implementation of security system designs and products that have high availability and scalability consistent with company needs by assisting Technical Experts in setting technical direction
Contributes to technology roadmaps
Gathers, develops, and reviews requirements to support new security system implementations
Evaluates supplier products
Makes recommendations relative to security products and services
Enforces security standards and technical decisions
Researches and presents information about new technologies
Develops and presents design references
Leads design reviews
Ensures compliance with information technology governance standards
Takes ownership of and resolves security system issues (for example, configuration and management of security systems, spam filtering, access management) by leading root cause analysis
Identifies trends and leading corrective action to address performance problems
Creates reports and actionable metrics for security products
Supports multiple large-scale, cross-functional issues
Resolves support problems in a timely manner
Provides updates to customers, project leads, and management team on problem resolution status
Drives supplier participation during problem resolution
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices
Supports and aligns efforts to meet customer and business needs
Builds commitment for perspectives and rationales
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 4 years of experience in information technology or related experience; OR 7 years of experience in information technology or related experience
Must have experience with: Coding in an object-oriented programming language (C++ or Java); Creating automation scripts using Python language on Linux operating system; Implementing Authentication policies and managing Identity Life Cycle for Enterprise Identity and Access Management needs; Implementing Single Sign On solutions using Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) protocol and troubleshooting issues related to user authentication and Single Sign On; Deploying Public Key Infrastructures and Hardware Security Modules for managing digital certificates and private keys; Evaluating system security and implementing security controls based on NIST Cybersecurity framework and security best practices; Risk and compliance analysis based on data classification; Creating security policies and procedures using security frameworks and security best practices; Implementing Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) compliance requirements for secure authentication to PCI compliant web applications; Deploying and managing complex infrastructures providing secure authentication to users; Performing maintenance tasks such as upgrades, backups, patch management and hot fixes on Linux and Windows operating systems; Implementing disaster recovery policies and procedures; Installing and configuring Directory Servers; Software architecture and distributed systems; and RADIUS protocol to provide secure authentication and authorization
