Facilitate the signings of Franchise Agreements and payment of initial franchise fees
Grow relationships with current Franchisees, potential Franchisees and opportunities in/out of our industry
Travel within their territory to ensure our Brands are top of mind and prospect opportunities
Maintain reporting database for tracking leads

Required

Experience in franchise development or related field
Ability to foster relationships with current and potential franchisees
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to collect data and generate reports
Experience in visiting properties and determining viability of properties and/or markets
Ability to review contracts and negotiate deals
Experience in determining renovation needs and preparing Property Improvement Plan (PIP)
Ability to close deals and collect documents for contract execution
Willingness to travel 90% of the time
