IT, Technical Analyst (PIT) Schedule: 5:00 am
Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and they are looking to hire an IT, Technical Analyst working from their Pittsburgh, PA office. This role serves as the first line of support for users requiring IT assistance, supporting onboarding activities, and addressing hardware and software issues while collaborating with IT colleagues and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first line of support for users requiring IT assistance, completing or escalating help desk requests as needed
Support most IT onboarding activities for new employees, including laptop deployments, equipment ordering, and providing basic technical training to ensure a positive onboarding experience
Address hardware and software issues, assisting users with patience and professionalism
Support technical projects such as infrastructure improvements and software changes in collaboration with IT colleagues and cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, related field, or related experience in lieu of education
Intermediate understanding of various computer software and hardware
Entry level PowerShell skills with focus on MSFT Active Directory and Office365
Proficient in MFA and SSO setup and troubleshooting
Strong people skills
