Responsibilities
Managing a multi-million-dollar projects, multi-disciplinary team across functional workstreams
Proven experience managing implementation projects with task/work responsibility shared across multiple system integrators, vendors, and big 5 consulting companies
Proven experience leading Financial transformation projects, Tagetik, Enterprise Software releases, SAP ERP implementation projects, and/or business process re-engineering projects
Preferred experience using and conducting reporting from qTest and tracking QA and UAT efforts from a large-scale enterprise project
Understand SDLC and proper project management, ability to work in an agile-like environment
Responsible for organizing and facilitating status update, presentations, project schedule, financial reporting and risk management
Project manager would use project management skills to work with the team to provide project deliverables, identify project risks, organize workshops and training venues
Some projects will be companywide, large projects that require appropriate levels of communication and task coordination to ensure projects are delivered with quality. Understand the triple constraints of a project and how to control project scope, cost and schedule
Qualification
Required
8-10 years of experience managing the SAP Finance module software and other large ERP/Oracle/Tagetik systems
Managing a multi-million-dollar projects, multi-disciplinary team across functional workstreams
Proven experience managing implementation projects with task/work responsibility shared across multiple system integrators, vendors, and big 5 consulting companies
Proven experience leading Financial transformation projects, Tagetik, Enterprise Software releases, SAP ERP implementation projects, and/or business process re-engineering projects
Understand SDLC and proper project management, ability to work in an agile-like environment
5-7 years managing multiple Infrastructure and security projects
Managing a multi-disciplinary team across functional work streams
Proven experience managing implementation projects with task/work responsibility shared across multiple system integrators
Proven experience leading Infrastructure and security projects that could be business facing
Responsible for organizing and facilitating status update, presentations, project schedule, financial reporting and risk management
Project manager would use project management skills to work with the team to provide project deliverables, identify project risks, organize workshops and training venues
Understand the triple constraints of a project and how to control project scope, cost and schedule
Preferred
Preferred experience using and conducting reporting from qTest and tracking QA and UAT efforts from a large-scale enterprise project
Energy experience is a plus
