Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Helpdesk Analyst will Travel occasionally to different sites to address on-site technical needs
Set up and configure workstations, including peripherals such as printers and scanners
Replace and update computer systems as part of regular maintenance or troubleshooting
Perform desktop imaging and ensure proper configuration of Windows 10 systems
Assist with computer imaging and deployment processes in line with company standards
Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures and resolved issues
Collaborate with team members to ensure IT operations run smoothly across multiple locations
Qualification
Required

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
