Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support business strategies
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes across the organization
Provide financial insights by analyzing past performance and projecting future trends
Develop financial models and reports to evaluate business performance and optimize decision-making
Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership to support strategic initiatives
Monitor key metrics and provide variance analysis against budget and forecast
Own and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments
Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP in all financial reporting
Maintain the general ledger and support timely preparation of financial statements
Partner with auditors during external and internal audit processes
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline close activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5+ years of relevant accounting and FP&A experience
Proficiency in Excel with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and building financial models
Preferred
ERP and BI/reporting system experience strongly preferred
