Responsibilities

Leading the planning and execution of custom Audio/Visual and Lighting projects

Building detailed labor schedules and managing onsite teams through installation and dismantle

Coordinating travel logistics, timelines, and vendor communication

Overseeing budgets, tracking shipments, and resolving on-site challenges in real time

Partnering with clients and internal teams to ensure every detail aligns with creative vision and budget goals

Sourcing specialty materials and negotiating with contractors and vendors

Traveling to domestic and international locations for on-site management when needed

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

2–4+ years of Project Management experience within events, production, or A/V environments

Strong organizational and communication skills — with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once

A knack for reading drawings, setup prints, and signal flow diagrams

Confidence in leading teams, coordinating vendors, and solving problems on the fly

A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to think outside the box

Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestically and internationally)
