Develop high-quality, structured financial planning content aligned with defined project guidelines
Review and translate complex special needs financial plans into clear, organized documentation
Ensure technical and regulatory accuracy related to:
First-party and third-party special needs trusts
ABLE accounts
Guardianship-related financial considerations
SSI and Medicaid income and asset eligibility rules
Apply subject-matter expertise to common planning transitions, including:
Transition to adulthood
Inheritance planning
Lifetime care and long-term benefits preservation
Provide structured feedback to improve clarity, consistency, and analytical rigor
Collaborate remotely and meet established project deadlines

Required

8+ years of professional experience in special needs financial planning, elder law planning, or disability-focused financial services

Experience advising families of individuals with disabilities on long-term financial planning
Ability to translate complex financial and regulatory frameworks into clear, structured documentation
