IT Service Desk - Triage Engineer
ICG is a full-service technology solution provider based in Miami, established in 1977. They are seeking a detail-oriented Helpdesk Triage Technician to join their Service Desk team, responsible for monitoring incoming tickets, categorizing issues, and ensuring clear communication with clients.
Responsibilities
Monitor incoming tickets, and calls for new requests
Accurately categorize and assign tickets in ConnectWise
Acknowledge clients promptly and ensure clear communication
Support dispatch and help maintain queue health and SLA compliance
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking
Preferred
1–2 years of IT helpdesk or MSP experience preferred
Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar PSA/RMM tools
