Mid LevelCollins Consulting, Inc. is seeking a USSF Real Property Subject Matter Expert (SME) to manage asset records and ensure audit compliance. The role involves conducting asset reviews, managing construction projects, and providing training to improve audit procedures.

Responsibilities
Identify and validate asset records for buildings, structures, linear structures, utilities, and land maintenance
Conduct asset reviews, inventory inspections such as Existence and Completeness (E&C), asset testing, deliver corrective action plans, and conduct file management of physical and digital files
Review digital facility records in the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR)
Respond to Notice of Finding & Recommendations (NFRs) and Provided by Client (PBC) requests, implement audit remediation plans, and develop standard operating procedures to ensure audit compliance
Support management of Construction in Progress (CIP) projects and support overall project tracking
Provide training and resources to effectively improve understanding of audit procedures
Ability to complete data analysis and effectively communicate detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings and forums
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen who currently possesses a Secret Clearance
Prior real property experience
Ability to work across multiple time zones
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to CONUS and oCONUS installations. Needs to have a valid US passport
Capability to provide updates and briefings to senior client stakeholders
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and implementing audit compliance controls
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Bachelors degree is required
Preferred
Prior experience with NexGen IT strongly preferred
Experience with USSF or Air Force
