Sr. Marketing Manager, Branch Acquisition
BMO U.S. is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to lead branch acquisition marketing strategies that drive long-term growth. The role involves defining and developing marketing campaign strategies, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring brand governance standards are maintained.

Responsibilities
Define and develop marketing campaign strategies that strengthen the BMO brand, maximize revenue, and optimize customer experience
Lead the development and execution of the BMO West branch growth strategy by identifying market opportunities, shaping go-to-market plans, and managing marketing campaigns that support and drive new customer acquisition
Work collaboratively with business/groups on the strategic development, execution and measurement of traditional and non-traditional customer-focused advertising, production, merchandising, and communications campaigns
Provide information and direction for media and creative development and ensure brand governance standards are always maintained
Oversee the development of advertising, promotional and communications material
Collaborate with external agency partners to deliver business objectives
Ensures consistency in solutions and across marketing channels, media and platforms
Works with business partners in the development and management of campaign budgets
Collaborates with internal/external stakeholders to develop monitoring and tracking plans for external advertising initiatives
Ensures compliance with internal frameworks, standards, guidelines and governance
Acts as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group
Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs
Provides advice and guidance to assigned business/group on implementation of solutions
Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Monitors and tracks performance and addresses any issues
Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations
Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards
Builds change management plans of varying scopes and type; leads or participates in a variety of change management activities including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation, and sustainment of initiatives
Provides input into the planning and implementation of operational programs
Makes recommendations to improve BMO processes and systems
Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service
Qualification
Required
Typically, between 5 - 8 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study
Extensive experience in project management
Advertising and/or creative agency experience
Experience in, and advanced knowledge of, the financial services industry
Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience
