Responsibilities
Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including variance analysis, forecast updates, and executive reporting packages that drive strategic decision-making
Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business case development, pricing strategies, and long-term financial planning for product launches
Develop and automate reporting dashboards and KPI tracking systems using advanced Excel, SQL, and BI tools to improve data accessibility and reporting efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
5+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in high-growth environments
Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros), and SQL; experience with Tableau, NetSuite, or Adaptive Planning is a plus
