Responsibilities
Sales: Learn and embody the Stone Security story and culture, confidently presenting our company and products to potential customers. Attract new opportunities through creative initiatives and best efforts
Account Management: Focus on building long-term client relationships beyond project completion. Negotiate multi-year support agreements and maintain robust professional relationships of trust
Business Development: Build strong industry partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, electrical contractors, engineering firms, and general contractors
Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
Generate new sales opportunities using existing and potential customer networks
Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries
Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on account status and performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales account management or as a sales account executive
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
