Responsibilities
Serve as the product owner and subject matter expert on Digital Money Movement products, including internal/external transfers, bill pay, real-time and person-to-person payments, wires, mobile deposit capture, credit card, and loan payments
Assist with the delivery of new products, significant enhancements, and lifecycle marketing strategies
Define roadmaps in collaboration with management and stakeholders, providing strategic direction based on member needs, industry standards, competition, and regulatory changes
Develop a point of view around features, design, process improvements, risk assessment/mitigation, technologies, tools, competitors, and potential partners
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for operational efficiencies and streamlined processes for money movement products
Analyze existing member usage data, detail member experience impacts, and define migration plans accordingly
Curate data insights to drive decision-making and business actions, informing marketing initiatives
Document user stories with the appropriate level of detail for accurate development team sizing
Work with UX designers and Marketing to define necessary research and develop design concepts for improved member experience
Collaborate with digital product owners, IT development, and third-party vendor teams to make digital improvements and commit backlog items to sprint deliverables
Address questions/concerns during sprints with development teams
Proactively collaborate with cross-functional team members to solicit feedback and buy-in
Manage relationships with third-party vendors
Qualification
Required
B.S. degree or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus
6 years of Money Movement product experience
4 years of digital banking experience in the payment or financial services industries
3 years of experience with Agile software development
Strong client focus, including the ability to deliver industry-defining money movement products
Exceptional interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with consumer & business banking and data analysis
Exceptional ability to ensure product and team success
Highly adaptive and open to changes as the organization grows
Preferred
Experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred
Experience with advanced analytics tools preferred
Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred
