Responsibilities
Be a good partner to the team, our trades, and our clients
Maintain schedule, budget, and construction process with use of subcontractors and employees to enhance client expectations & experience
Must have the ability to work individually as well as with a team
Coordinate project schedules with subcontractors, clients and Shack Built team
Must be detailed in your daily job logs for all projects
Must be proficient in managing the sequence of residential construction
Must have general residential construction knowledge
Must have the ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently without assistance
Must have the ability to communicate with others effectively
Must have an extensive background in quality control
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in residential construction & renovation
Ability to read and analyze blueprints
Competent with Outlook email & calendar
Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and OneDrive
Competent with Job Tread, Co-Construct or Builder Trend (or similar construction management software)
Great organizational and planning skills
Pass Background Check and Driving Record check
