Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical lead for strategic and high complexity accounts in the region
Guide customers on product selection, architecture choices, and performance optimization
Lead hands on bench work including breadboarding, testing, debug, and validation of customer solutions
Own technical engagement plans across multiple accounts and drive deliverables to closure
Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Engineering to escalate issues and influence product direction
Develop and deliver customer trainings, technical presentations, and technical collateral tailored to regional needs
Mentor and coach junior and senior FAEs through technical reviews and best practice sharing
Support escalation management during critical customer builds, qualification, and production ramp
Qualification
Required
6+ in applications engineering, sales engineering, or power conversion design
Strong AC to DC power conversion design experience
Demonstrated magnetics design experience
Working knowledge of EMI and safety standards
Willingness to travel up to 40 percent within the region for onsite customer support
Preferred
Prior experience as an FAE supporting semiconductor products used in power conversion applications
End market experience in one or more of the following: UPS, Solid state lighting, Metering, Appliances, Cell phone chargers, Industrial controls, Notebook or PC power supplies
Experience leading technical engagements across multiple stakeholders, including executive level customer communication
BSEE or MSEE preferred
