Responsibilities

Oversee the strategic supervision and daily operations of the Centralized Scheduling Office for all residential living units within the 24/7 facility
Managing complex rosters for state and contracted personnel across three shifts, including weekends, holidays, and training sessions
Ensuring compliance by maintaining the accuracy of master shift schedules, spreadsheets, and logs
Plan and assign tasks based on shifting priorities and deadlines while ensuring all work meets strict policy and procedural standards
Train staff to ensure operational readiness and regulatory compliance

Required

One year as a Clerical Supervisor 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
One year as a Clerical Assistant 3 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Two years as a Clerical Assistant 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination
This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act
Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance
