In this role, you will manage telco circuits and ensure smooth operations of voice services while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Turn requirements into reliable solutions by helping test features, validate changes, and ensure systems operate smoothly
Track and coordinate with telcos, managing installs, disconnects, and upgrades that support the voice environment
Organize work items, update documentation, support demos, and resolve issues quickly
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
3 or more years of related experience
Preferred
Experience in a Healthcare environment
3 or more years of experience managing carrier voice circuit inventory
End-to-End Program/Project Management Experience
Solution / Service Design Requirement & Specification Writing Experience
Stakeholder & Caregiver Engagement + Communication Experience
Analytical Problem Solving & Decision-Making Experience
Quality Ownership & Continuous Improvement Experience
