Responsibilities
Oversee multiple projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
Manage large enterprise-level projects involving multiple internal stakeholders and contracted resources
Develop, monitor, and maintain comprehensive project plans
Define user and project team roles and responsibilities
Gather and document user requirements, deliverables, and approval processes
Coordinate and monitor stakeholder activities to ensure project milestones are achieved
Communicate project status, risks, and updates to leadership and stakeholders
Mentor and guide junior Project Managers, recommending appropriate training and development opportunities
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10+ Years of experience
Strong Project Management experience in enterprise environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
