Required

Ability to work effectively with diverse communities and stakeholders
Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis

Preferred

Experience in climate change or environmental risk communication
Knowledge of decision-making science and behavioral psychology
Workshop facilitation and event management experience
Experience working with underserved or marginalized communities
Familiarity with coastal communities and climate adaptation issues
A strong publication record in science communication or related fields
