Ability to handle pressure, interruptions, and multiple projects with frequently changing priorities and deadlines
Must have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as to work independently, with minimal supervision
Prepare demand letters
Perform administrative duties, including proofreading and editing all materials for extreme accuracy and clarity
E-filing knowledge
Knowledge of legal documents and terminology
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Associate Degree or 1 to 5 years of relevant experience
Strong customer service skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently
Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
