Project Coordinator - Part Time Flexible Hours
R & D Paving is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to senior staff and project managers while managing project documentation and billing. Responsibilities include applying for permits, preparing submittals, and enhancing organizational reputation through ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities
Administrative support to the Senior Staff and Project Managers
Responsible for keeping project folders up-to-date on server
Applying for permits
Prepare and Send Submittals and Change Orders
Inputting and updating all pertinent job information and updating logs (submittals, change orders, RFI’s etc.)
Project Billing/Invoicing (AIA)
Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Sending subcontracts and requesting COI’s and monthly billing from sub-contractors
Ordering asphalt and other materials with direction from Project Managers
Perform various other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in the construction industry
Strong background in construction administration or general office management
Excellent organizational skills
Time management and scheduling proficiencies
Customer service skills
Competent computer skills and previous experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF viewer)
Must work well with others – team player
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Previous office experience
