Responsibilities
Own and drive product management for in-house and vendor-supported GenAI/Agentic AI platforms
Define product vision, strategy, and multi-phase roadmaps aligned with business goals
Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and ROI
Act as the primary point of contact for business users, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and met
Work closely with engineering teams to clarify requirements, review deliverables, and ensure product quality
Monitor industry trends, emerging GenAI capabilities, and competitor offerings to keep platforms market-relevant
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth execution across multiple teams
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably in AI-driven or platform-based products
Strong understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI concepts, and enterprise platform development
Solid hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced environments
Working knowledge of web application development technologies
Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, DynamoDB, EC2, ECS, IAM, Lambda, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, and CloudFront
Experience designing or supporting Java and/or Python applications with a focus on performance and security
Knowledge of OKTA / SSO integrations
Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple cross-functional teams
Preferred
CSPO or equivalent certification is preferred
