Responsibilities

Move the department away from local files/silos. Architect and maintain centralized file structures (SharePoint/Cloud Systems) so that client data is transparent and accessible to the Executive Team instantly
Oversee Power BI dashboards and program statistics. You don't just read the data; you ensure the inputs are accurate
Operate with high autonomy but zero secrecy. Proactively report status, risks, and "red flags" to Executive Leadership before they become crises
Manage the critical timeline between an incident occurring and the report being filed. Ensure T-logs, RCS reports, and Incident Reports are filed with 100% accuracy and timeliness
Maintain client files (Plans, FAs, PBSPs, IISPs) in a perpetual state of "Audit Readiness." You do not scramble for audits; you stay ready
Serve as the final authority on state regulations and KIM policies pertaining to program services
Lead Program Managers with a "Support & Solve" mentality. Shut down toxic triangles, gossip, or drama by enforcing clear communication channels
Direct internal projects and staffing resources to maximize client coverage and minimize burnout
Calmly handle client/guardian complaints with a solutions-focused approach

Required

Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred. (Equivalent high-level experience in Regulatory Compliance or Operations Management considered)
Minimum 3+ years in Client Services, Case Management, or Operations
Proven experience leading a team through regulatory audits or compliance shifts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel) is non-negotiable
Active NAR, NAC, CNA or higher credentials preferred
Valid Driver's License
Excellent reading comprehension and written communication skills required
Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts, and ability to draw and interpret graphs
Ability to solve a wide range of practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete and complex variables
Ability to operate related computer applications (i.e. word processing and spreadsheet applications), and business equipment including personal computer, copy machine, fax machine, and telephone
Able to convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly
Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information
Using primarily just fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together
Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
Average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products or operate machinery
Frequently required to sit, stand, and walk and occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
