Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of accounting functions
Ensure accurate financial reporting, including monthly and annual statements in accordance with GAAP for health care entities
Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and compliance with GAAP
Support internal and external audits and assist with annual budget development
Prepare and submit monthly grant reports
Identify and implement process improvements, particularly within NetSuite
Provide financial analysis and reporting support to the CFO and executive team
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and organizational policies and standards
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
Foster a culture of integrity, confidentiality, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting required
3 or more years of progressive accounting experience
High level of attention to detail
Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite is a plus
