Responsibilities
Optimize and evolve CX infrastructure. From VOIP to SMS platforms, you’ll assess and implement the right tools and workflows to streamline customer communication across our four locations and multiple channels
Create clear, consistent processes. You’ll build systems for FAQs, returns, escalations, and everyday interactions—so the team can move faster and smarter
Lead retail operations. You’ll oversee our in-store teams (2–3 staff per location), ensuring they’re aligned, well-trained, and equipped to handle both in-person and remote customer interactions
Uphold high-touch service standards. You'll embed thoughtful, consistent customer care into every part of the experience
Build and develop a strong team. As we grow, you’ll help staff level up with clear expectations, hands-on training, and process-driven support
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)—you don't need to code, but you do need to organize, calculate, and think in tables
Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
2+ years of customer experience, operations, or retail leadership preferred (including multi-unit or large remote customer service teams)
