Responsibilities
Implement and configure RMCS tools including SSP, revenue contracts, and reporting
Manage revenue recognition processes and automate tracking of performance obligations
Allocate transaction prices and ensure accurate revenue recognition
Maintain key contract and customer information in the system
Lead fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and user training
Create accounting submissions and enhance reporting and analytics
Collaborate with finance, accounting, sales, and IT teams on RMCS solutions
Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on best practices and system capabilities
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with strong RMCS expertise
Hands-on experience implementing RMCS including SSP, revenue contracts, and recognition rules
Deep understanding of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards
Proven ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and configure applications
Experience with unit, integration, and UAT testing, plus post-go-live support
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing stakeholders
Preferred
Oracle certifications in Financials/RMCS are a plus
