Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to develop joint business plans, set targets/milestones, measure results, and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
Understands partners' business, finances, and organizational structure
Ensures common vision between Autodesk and partners
Works with partners to help identify areas of investment and supports execution
Conducts business reviews to evaluate performance, track, and report on key performance metrics, such as revenue generated through partnerships, partner pipelines and identify areas for improvement to drive mutual success
Oversees contractual requirements with partners
Provide training and enablement resources to partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell our products and services
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical, marketing, customer success, and product, to align partner activities with overall company objectives
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive experience in partner management, business consulting, strategy, finance, or closely related role within a complex, matrixed organization
Demonstrated the ability to assess and influence partner business performance using strong financial acumen, including P&L analysis, forecasting, investment prioritization, and ROI evaluation
Proven track record of driving outcomes through influence rather than authority, including aligning senior stakeholders with competing priorities across internal teams and external partners
Experience advising executive-level leaders, with the credibility and judgement to challenge assumptions and shape strategic decisions
History of managing and leading through complexity, including navigating organizational change, and evolving partner models
Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to distill complex topics into concise, compelling narratives for senior audiences
