Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) for EHD plan for EH business, ensuring that project governance, methodologies, and reporting are consistent and effective
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and innovation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices in process optimization, technology implementation, and change management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of transformation projects
Manage all the EHD transfers, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and to the desired quality standards
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors
Prepare and present regular progress reports to executive leadership and other key stakeholders
Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems connected the transfers. Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 12 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, with at least 5 years in project management at regional level
Proven track record of leading and delivering large scale transformation projects in a complex, global organization
Strong understanding of PMO best practices and project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile)
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Willingness to travel as required to meet project needs
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
An MBA or advanced degree is preferred
