Customer Solution Advisor

Southwind, a leading operator in the home services industry, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for their Junk division at 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, gather details for junk removal, and schedule on-site estimates, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and supporting operational success.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from customers requesting junk removal services
Ask targeted questions to understand what items need to be removed
Educate customers on the junk removal process and what to expect during a free estimate
Schedule on-site estimates for Junk Crews with accuracy and urgency
Confirm appointment details and ensure a smooth handoff to Operations
Document customer information clearly in CRM and scheduling systems
Follow up when needed to confirm appointments or answer questions
Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including:
High-volume inbound call handling
Appointment booking and show rate targets
Quality and accuracy standards

Qualification

Required

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to stay organized and efficient in a high-volume call environment

Comfort using computer systems and CRM tools

Preferred

Experience in inside sales, customer service, call centers, hospitality, or retail
Home services experience
