Responsibilities

Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, followed by continuous analysis and optimization
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities that inform product strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure product success post-launch
Define and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate and improve product performance
Engage with key stakeholders to define product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals and customer needs
Organize and prioritize product backlog based on business impact, customer feedback, and market changes
Oversee and coordinate product rollouts and releases, ensuring seamless execution across departments
Act as a product evangelist, internally and externally, to promote the product's vision, features, and benefits

Required

3+ years of product or program management experience, preferably in a tech SaaS company
Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science or an equivalent role
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get the job done
High affinity towards data and technology with the ability to dive deep and analyze opportunities and processes
Fluent written and verbal communication in English
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
Strong empathy for customers and an unwavering desire to deliver value
