Customer Service Representative (Sales)

Service First is a world-class call center and BPO providing exceptional customer engagement. They are seeking a Customer Specialist to facilitate the onboarding process for new accounts, educate customers, solve technical problems, and ensure smooth adoption of their products and services.

Responsibilities

Customer Specialist are expected to work on time at their specific schedule
Customer Specialist will directly report to the assigned Team Lead and or immediate supervisor
Customer Specialist are expected to be efficient and required to send-of-shift tasks to their immediate supervisor in a timely manner
Customer Specialist are expected to follow all internal rules and regulations of the customer specialist Department and the Company’s code of conduct
Customer Specialist need to treat all information within the department and the company with full confidentiality
Customer Specialist are expected to send the report for daily approval, call reviewed, denied, and correction Applications but not limited to the item mentioned
All Customer Specialist will do any related task given even if not stipulated in this document
Manage a list of customer files with limited supervision or guidance
Use analytic skills to assess the accuracy of verifications, calculations, and data
Performs advanced level of verifications to ensure credit guidelines are achieved
Provides world-class customer service through daily interaction with both internal and external customers, including teammates, vendors, and customers
Participates in team-related activities and meetings
Utilizes creative methods to generate results and foster teamwork

Required

1+ years' experience in a customer-facing role
Knowledge and experience using and supporting HTML
Strong organizational and analytical skills. Attention to detail
Critical thinking and proven complex problem-solving skills are required
Customer-first mentality; ability to empathize and build customer loyalty
