Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with existing key clients and partners to understand their needs and requirements
Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing concerns and providing solutions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Locke Solutions precast products
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing Locke’s products and services
Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote Locke’s products and network with potential clients
Maintain accurate sales funnel and updating CRM entries and reports for forecasting target goals
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products
Provide technical expertise and support to clients throughout the sales process, including product selection and design
Work closely with marketing and sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets
Conduct site visits to provide technical assistance and support to customers

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field/sales experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management

Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend industry events
