Responsibilities
Use complex SQL queries and visualization tools to extract and present data
Identify opportunities to improve partner strategy and performance through insightful analysis of business metrics
Act as a thought leader in the creation of planning, strategy and key performance indicator (KPI) development for the consumer and partner operations team. Make strategic and operational recommendations to achieve targets and operational excellence
Track the progress of reaching partnership team KPIs and success metrics
Articulate and prioritize operations-related requirements for Content Tools and Business Data teams
Understand team workflows to drive operational improvements and achieve industry-leading support. Train stakeholders on tools and own data accuracy for relationship mapping
Provide analytic support to cross functional team of Business, and Marketing teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
4-8 years of experience in operations analytics or business analytics
Experience in using relational databases for SQL queries, database definition and schema design
Experience with building and presenting operational dashboards
Deep interest in the online video industry, digital media consumption patterns and technology business principles
Ability to translate complex ideas / large data sets into simple and intuitive communications; balance deep analytical rigor with actionable insights
Passion for data analytics and infrastructure
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Preferred
Experience with other programming languages: Looker
Experience in business strategy, consulting, or supporting operations in the entertainment industry
Experience in ROI and financial modeling and statistical analysis
Ability to work independently on project deliverables in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while working well in cross-functional teams. Developed project management skills
