Responsibilities
Own architectural BIM execution across design phases-producing accurate, well-structured Revit models and documentation that support confident decision-making and on-time milestones
Serve as a trusted BIM advisor to architects, project managers, and consultants-facilitating coordination, clarifying risks, and driving alignment across multidisciplinary teams
Improve how teams work, not just what they deliver-by strengthening BIM standards, workflows, and training so quality and efficiency scale beyond a single project
Influence without authority, guiding teams through complex technical and coordination challenges while building trust with clients and partners
Qualification
Required
US work authorization is required
Experience in architectural BIM execution across design phases
Proficiency in producing accurate, well-structured Revit models and documentation
Ability to serve as a trusted BIM advisor to architects, project managers, and consultants
Experience in facilitating coordination and clarifying risks across multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of strengthening BIM standards, workflows, and training
Ability to influence without authority and guide teams through complex technical and coordination challenges
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous design environments
Ownership and pride in high-quality execution
Desire to have technical expertise impact people, projects, and processes
