Responsibilities
Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks
Move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods throughout the facility
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
Apply basic operational knowledge to complete routine tasks efficiently
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Support safe and organized warehouse operations
Qualification
Required
Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
Previous forklift experience required
1+ year of warehouse or related experience
Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English
Basic math and general computer skills
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
Steel toe shoes required
