Responsibilities
Select installation materials per engineer specifications and package submittals that meet contract requirements
Coordinate and track the delivery of materials and equipment to meet project deadlines
Collaborate with manufacturers and vendors to ensure equipment meets project specifications
Review 3rd party equipment submittals to ensure electrical installation meets the contract requirements
Create conduit schedules and point to point wire termination schedules for field use
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years prior experience as an Electrical Foreman, Superintendent, or similar Construction Management role in an industrial electrical construction field
Solid understanding of the NEC National Electrical Code and other NFPA Publications; 70E Electrical Safety in the workplace
Strong comprehension in reading blueprints, one-line diagrams, ladder logic, loop-sheets, and schematics for various systems
Proficient in using relevant software, primarily Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, with experience in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
