The Senior Owner’s Project Manager will guide projects from design through construction closeout, ensuring effective communication and sound judgment while managing scope, budget, schedule, and risk.

Responsibilities
Managing scope, budget, schedule, and risk across all project phases
Leading coordination with architects, engineers, general contractors, and third-party consultants
Reviewing and advising on design documents, schedules, cost estimates, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Providing clear, concise recommendations to owners to support timely decision-making
Attending and leading project meetings and regular site visits within the Greater Boston area
Supporting permitting, agency coordination, and project closeout activities
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7+ years of multi-family experience in architecture, construction, or owner's project management
Demonstrated experience managing projects through design and construction
Strong understanding of construction processes, consultant coordination, and risk management
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
