Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and coordinating support
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Production, and Quality
Support inside and outside sales teams with quotes, proposals, and customer communication
Assist with upselling and cross-selling opportunities in partnership with account managers
Prepare customer-facing documentation such as cost estimates and basic technical information
Process and manage sales orders and purchase orders with a high level of accuracy
Track order status and coordinate with internal teams to support on-time delivery
Assist with new programs and ongoing customer projects as needed
Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting for engineered products, with guidance from engineering when required
Communicate customer requirements clearly to technical teams and relay feedback to customers
Help resolve customer issues and support corrective actions when needed
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to customer experience and internal workflows
Accurately document customer interactions and activity using CRM and internal systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in inside sales, customer success, account management, technical support, or similar customer-facing roles
Comfort working with technical or engineered products; exposure to electrical, power, or energy-related systems is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Familiarity with DC power systems, batteries, chargers, or inverters
Experience working with ERP or CRM tools such as NetSuite
Exposure to customer support platforms such as Freshdesk or similar
Ability to interpret basic technical documentation
Experience in manufacturing, energy, or technical product environments
