They are seeking a Training Operations Intern to assist with managing the day-to-day operations and administration of their training delivery business, focusing on learning platform administration and coordination of training events.

Responsibilities
Become proficient in our Adobe Learning Management System, and perform regular administration tasks in the LMS
Compose and deliver outbound email notifications to customers regarding courses, program updates, promotions, and other communications
Build classes in the LMS, assign students and make any schedule adjustments as needed
Troubleshoot learner login, course playback, and general account issues
Oversee preparation of instructor led classes, including sending class rosters, monitoring enrollment requests, and coordinating lab preparations
Prepare and deliver training completion reports for both internal and external customers
Identify opportunities for improvement in both customer experience and process efficiency. Be a champion for our customers and strive to provide the best possible learning experience
Qualification
Required
Strong desire to collaborate, work as a team, and contribute ideas for ongoing improvement
Demonstrated proficiency working in enterprise level applications
Excellent technical and analytical skills, demonstrated high level of accuracy and completion
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in related field
Able to commit to working from June through November 2026 (full-time during summer, part-time during fall)
Preferred
Basic Web skills, ability to make updates to web pages and wikis
Bonus – experience or interest in building AI agents to automate tasks
