Responsibilities
Coordinating service requests and scheduling appointments
Supporting service and sales teams with paperwork, schedules, and client communications
Helping clients understand and choose residential services that fit their needs
Following up with clients and assisting with account collections
Keeping everything organized so the whole team can succeed
Qualification
Required
18+ years of age, high school diploma (or equivalent)
Valid driver's license with good driving record
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
Basic office and computer skills
Physical ability to sit, stand, crouch, and lift up to 20 lbs
Preferred
Excellent communication skills and love helping others
Stay organized and detail-oriented, even under pressure
Comfortable with computers and can pick up new software quickly
Work well independently but also enjoy being part of a collaborative team
