Architecture & Planning
Responsibilities
Gallery operations: opening and closing, visitor engagement, sales processing, and inventory management
Material sourcing, sample requests, and vendor coordination for design projects
CAD drafting of floor plans, elevations, and construction documentation
Maintenance of vendor database and sample library
Client communication support and project coordination
Coordination of quarterly exhibition openings
Social media management and CRM maintenance
Participation in projects at various scales and phases of design
Qualification
Required
3+ years professional experience in interior design or related fields
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit/BIM Production, Excel
Knowledge of architectural practice, including design, documentation, detailing, building materials, building codes and construction technologies
Understanding and wide knowledge base of finishes, fixtures, furnishings, art & décor
Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills
Comfort working independently and representing the business to visitors and clients
Based in Austin, with ability to commute downtown (no dedicated parking)
