20+ years expColliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Regional Discipline Leader to join their Construction Engineering & Inspection team in Florida. This role will be responsible for the professional, technical, management, marketing, administrative and financial aspects of the Florida team.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership, managerial direction, and guidance for the region to achieve established goals
Direct overall productivity, profitability, client satisfaction and quality of work
Responsible for discipline marketing, business development, billings, and collections
Actively involved in the cross selling of all company services
Direct and manage the geographic discipline leaders on resource sharing, staffing needs, etc
Regional training and staff procurement and development
Monitor staff utilization regularly and take corrective action if necessary
Comply with and ensure others compliance with all CED policies and procedures
Travel regularly to the various regions and offices
Ability to procure and maintain business with FDOT districts, water/wastewater districts, CFX, GMA, counties, cities and municipalities
Qualification
Required
20+ years of transportation construction experience required
Valid US driver's license required
Bachelor degree in construction management or civil engineering
Prior FDOT experience required
Prior experience effectively managing teams, displaying leadership, and conclusive decision making skills required
Ability and willingness to work outdoors on a project site for extended period
Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions
