Responsibilities
Lead business and market development efforts including identifying opportunities, developing relationships, scoping prospective engagements, and developing proposals
Manage and deliver large, complex engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions
Coordinate relationship-building activities with appropriate Partners, Engagement Managers, subject-matter professionals and other KPMG personnel on the engagement team(s) in an effort to help determine they are well advised on important matters
Provide leadership to Client Service and Delivery teams and mentor junior staff
Meet specific business relationship goals at assigned accounts as well as report and measure progress against quarterly goals with national/area/industry leadership and performance manager
Qualification
Required
Fifteen plus years of experience in a consulting or technology operations role with demonstrated knowledge of Information Management (IM) operations, systems, architecture, and technical controls
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
Ability to convey how exceptional interpersonal skills have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence and results
Demonstrated leadership, client management, and project management skills, along with a strong business development track record
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree from an accredited college/university
