Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of data extensions and complex SQL queries to create, manage, and optimize audience segments within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Architect and maintain end-to-end ETL/data workflows, including automated triggers, scheduled jobs, and ad-hoc processes to support marketing campaigns
Design, build, and monitor scalable data pipelines to ensure accurate, timely, and secure delivery of audience data across marketing channels
Optimize and modernize existing data processes to improve performance, reliability, and scalability
Develop and maintain API-based data feeds and integrations supporting campaign activation and analytics
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to translate campaign requirements into efficient data solutions
Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and monitoring to ensure integrity of marketing datasets
Support production releases, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of campaign data operations
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices for data engineering within marketing operations
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in ETL development, data engineering, marketing operations, or campaign data management
Strong experience with Amazon Redshift, including writing and optimizing complex SQL for data segmentation, transformation, and extraction
Hands-on experience with Databricks, with advanced proficiency in PySpark for building and orchestrating data pipelines
Extensive experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including data extensions, automation studio, and campaign audience delivery
Solid understanding of marketing data models, customer segmentation, and multi-channel campaign workflows
Experience building and maintaining high-volume, production-grade data pipelines
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
