Performance to Job Standard
Keeps accurate records of studies conducted with minimal guidance
Substantively contributes to advanced data analysis and interpretation with minimal guidance
Creates, maintains, and updates lab's internal procedure manuals
Presents findings regularly at internal lab meetings
Participates substantively in raising laboratory visibility by presenting findings at national meetings as requested

Bachelors Other and work experience in a related field, upon hire
Four (4) years of experience in a research clinical, or other scientific environment and
