Responsibilities
Partner closely with cross-functional business stakeholders to develop creative programs that align with strategic objectives and customer needs
Manage day-to-day CRM content and copy, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and timely execution
Develop and execute new strategic initiatives and product features from concept through launch
Coordinate all creative deliverables, including site and package approvals, ensuring projects stay on schedule
Lead end-to-end CRM campaign execution, driving measurable results
Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing business priorities and technical considerations
Anticipate risks and bottlenecks, proactively managing project prioritization to ensure successful delivery
Analyze structured and unstructured data to provide optimization recommendations and performance insights
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience building and executing CRM plans from start to finish with demonstrated results
Bachelor's degree required
Experience working with ESP platforms, specifically ExactTarget (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Strong project management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Demonstrated creative vision with a strong customer-centric approach to communications
Strong analytical skills, including experience with Google Analytics and performance reporting
Experience with graphic design and collaborating on creative development
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation abilities
Customer service–oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies and platforms
