A/R Specialist - Cash Application with B2B experience
Seacoast Business Funding is seeking an A/R Specialist - Cash Application with B2B experience. This role is responsible for performing routine cash posting accounting activities for client accounts, including downloading bank reports, reconciling cash balances, and responding to client inquiries.

Responsibilities
Download bank reports, verify remittance with payments and post to associated invoices according to SBF processes and procedures
Research and adjust check and/or cash posting errors
Prepare daily reconciliation and cash balancing reports as required
Report any bank discrepancies to SBF Cash Application/Data Supervisor
Deposit physical checks received in office into appropriate bank account via remote scanner
Respond to internal and external clients regarding cash posting as directed by SBF Operations team
Utilize industry specific software (Factorsoft), Microsoft Office and Seacoast Bank on-line banking portals in order to perform daily tasks
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
1-2 years: One plus year experience in a clerical accounting or bookkeeping position with 6 months experience in data entry or a position requiring arithmetic computation; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university in Accounting/Finance preferred
