Responsibilities

Work closely with the P&C Team and management to build and scale Ampere's culture and maintain our (already) high levels of employee engagement
Build and implement development programs, lead performance management, change management, rewards & recognition
Work closely with your client group on conflict resolution, coaching, supporting cross-functional teams and managers on day-to-day employee relations matters
Work closely with your client group to understand business strategies, diagnose current organization performance, and develop/implement plans to build high performance organizational capabilities
Partner with the business on talent management (including performance management) and organizational design
Lead talent development initiatives and programs from gap analysis to implementation
Serve as an advisor and coach to managers and employees on complex employee relations issues
Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience to recommend improvements
Be a key member of the global People & Culture team helping to develop world-class people programs and capabilities

Required

Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business or a related field and 8 years of related experience; or Master's degree & 6 years (MBA preferred) of experience in client facing human resources roles with a combination of experience in the following areas: talent development, performance management, employee engagement, organizational design, employee relations, coaching, and/or change management
Ability to function in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
Strong business acumen, critical thinking skills and systems thinking skills
Creativity, initiative, and a positive approach to solving business issues
Ability to establish trust and credibility with employees, managers and leaders
Hands on experience in data analysis and insights - ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data
Fluency in Technology - HRIS, MS Office 360 tools, etc
