Recruiter (Fully Remote)
PadSplit is a rapidly growing company focused on addressing the affordable housing crisis. They are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting, collaborate with hiring managers, and promote a diverse and inclusive hiring culture.

Responsibilities
Manage sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates across all teams (Sales, Product, Growth, Design, Marketing, CX, and Engineering)
Evaluating and reviewing candidate resumes to start the hiring process
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions
Schedule interviews, align panels, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Continuously refine recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with startup pace
Create and deliver trainings for hiring managers to improve interview quality and decision-making
Promote PadSplit’s culture, mission, and values to attract top talent
Implement strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines and ensure inclusive hiring practices
Provide transparent, timely communication that reflects PadSplit’s culture and values
Balance hiring needs across onshore roles and offshore engineering positions with cultural sensitivity
Qualification
Required
Experience in full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates across various teams
Ability to evaluate and review candidate resumes
Strong collaboration skills to work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions
Experience in scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
Ability to continuously refine recruiting processes for efficiency
Experience in creating and delivering training for hiring managers to improve interview quality
Ability to promote company culture, mission, and values to attract top talent
Skilled in implementing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines and ensure inclusive hiring practices
Strong communication skills to provide transparent and timely communication to candidates
Ability to balance hiring needs across onshore and offshore roles with cultural sensitivity
Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment
Deep belief in the company's mission and ability to evaluate for cultural alignment
Skilled in building diverse pipelines and fostering inclusive hiring practices
Understanding of or interest in the intersection of real estate and technology
Strong collaboration and influence skills when working with hiring managers and executives
Ability to design and facilitate engaging training sessions for interviewers
Experience sourcing and hiring for engineering roles, both onshore and offshore
Skilled at hiring for sales, marketing, growth, and customer-facing roles
Organized and data-driven with the ability to track metrics and improve workflows
Clear and empathetic communication skills
